What Is Turinabol?

Turinabol is sometimes known as Tbol.

Tbol is an anabolic steroid that is derived from pure testosterone.

What people sometimes fail to realize, is that Turinabol is also a form of Dianabol, which has been modified.

Dianabol is one of the most popular anabolic steroids in existence, and is a firm-favourite amongst keen bodybuilders worldwide (include many pros).

This steroid, like others, isn’t natural but is instead man-made.

Also like other steroids, it was initially created to serve other medical purposes.

Back in the 1960s, scientists created Turinabol in a laboratory to help treat bone-wasting diseases such as Osteoporosis.

It was designed to boost bone mass and density.

During their research, experts found that Tbol provided performance-enhancing benefits from an athletic perspective.

Due to their findings, experts prescribed Tbol to East German athletes over the next 20 years, to help them perform better in their various disciplines.

Remember, back then there were no steroid scandals, as people weren’t fully aware of what steroids were, so this was a completely legal and an above-board practice.

Turinabol was actually created and prescribed for athletes up until the 90s, when the infamous Baseball steroid scandal rocked the world. For medical purposes, Turinabol has not been created nor prescribed for more than two decades, making it a controlled substance that is deemed unsafe for human use.

Despite this fact, there are still countless bodybuilders worldwide that swear by Tbol; but does it really live up to the hype?

Benefits

We’ve looked at what Turinabol is, so now it’s time to take a look at some of the major benefits associated with this steroid.

Key benefits include, but are by no means limited to:

Great For Muscle Growth

As it’s a form of modified Dianabol, it should come as no real shock to learn that Tbol is ideal for bodybuilders looking to pack on some serious muscle mass.

After running just one Turinabol cycle, bodybuilders have noted insane improvements in their physiques, making it a very popular bulking steroid.

After just one cycle, it’s not uncommon for guys to gain approximately 15 pounds of pure muscle mass, which is extremely impressive.

Some people, however, respond better than others and have packed on as much as 20 pounds during their first Turinabol cycle. However, this is only common in newbies; if you’ve run a steroid cycle before, you’re likely to gain less than this

If you’re looking to build muscle; providing you work hard in the gym, eat right and get enough rest – you’ll notice crazy increases in size on turinabol. It’s a steroid where you’ll look and feel bigger each every morning you wake up.

Great For Cutting

The interesting thing about Tbol is that it’s effective for both bulking phases, and cutting phases.

Most steroids usually fall into one category but not turinabol.

Tbol won’t only help you pack on muscle but it also speeds up your metabolism, enhancing fat loss. Thus you can expect to build muscle and burn fat at the same time on Tbol.

There aren’t too many steroids in the world that allow you to do that, making this quite the versatile little beast.

No Injections Required

Though there are injectable forms of Tbol, more often than not, Tbol comes in oral form.

Oral Tbol basically means it’s in tablet form and administered through the mouth, rather than being injected.

With injections there are several risks and possible complications, plus, you know, jamming a needle into your ass actually hurts!

Just be warned, however, just because Turinabol is orally administered, this does not make it any less potent.

In fact, oral steroids can be more toxic than injectable ones, so never overdose and keep your cycles as short as possible.

Great results, Without Looking Too Freaky

With bodybuilding, people often think you need to look like Phil Heath in order to be taking steroids.

The reality is – many people use steroids and some remain looking fairly normal, whilst others look like mass monsters.

You won’t build a tonne of muscle on turinabol (like you would on dianabol or anadrol for example), however not everyone wants to build 50+ pounds of muscle.

Turinabol will give you impressive results, without you getting freakishly big.

You’ll build muscle and burn fat on a Tbol cycle, which is great if you don’t want the whole world to know you’re using gear. Some steroids will cause you to suddenly blow up in size and retain a truck load of water – making it obvious to the people around them (that they’re on the sauce). Tbol on the other hand will trim away at your fat, as well as building more muscle to your frame.

Easy To Source

Some anabolic steroids are notoriously difficult to get hold of, whereas others are a little easier.

Remember, steroids are controlled substances which are banned in many countries across the world, so they can be difficult to source.

Turinabol however, is surprisingly easy to get hold of via the black market, making it an ideal steroid for people looking to get big and shredded.

Side Effects

As Tbol is an anabolic steroid, and is orally administered, it can cause some pretty nasty side effects if abused or used incorrectly.

If you’re planning on using this steroid, we want you to be safe, which is why we’ll now be listing some of Turinabol’s side effects. This way you’ll know what to expect from your tbol cycle.

Estrogenic side effects?

As Dianabol has been proven to aromatize into Estrogen, many people out there wrongly believe that Turinabol will also aromatize and therefore provide Estrogenic side-effects.

This, however, is not the case.

Because of its chemical structure, Tbol cannot aromatize, meaning that common estrogenic side-effects such as gyno and acne, are not present.

Mood swings

Steroids can cause changes to a person’s mood and temperament in some cases.

You’ll often find that steroids will amplify existing character traits in a person.

So, say for example, an individual is already pretty short-tempered, steroids would perhaps make them more prone to losing their temper.

If, however, a mild-mannered person was to use steroids, they get roid rage out of the blue and become irrational. This is because they’re not prone to this type of behaviour to begin with.

Turinabol is androgenic, meaning it affects androgen hormones in the body such as testosterone. It’s these hormones which can cause such mood swings.

Oily Skin

Another common side effect associated with Turinabol usage is oily skin, especially in people that already have oily skin to begin with.

This can be pretty annoying and uncomfortable, especially in bed or when out in public.

Masculine Characteristics In Women (Virilization)

This next side effect is exclusively in regards to women.

You see, as Tbol is androgenic, it can cause androgenic characteristics such as hair growth, deepening of the voice, and even changes to the shape of your jaw.

In men these changes are not noticeable, but in women they can be noticeable and can result in women looking more masculine in their appearance.

Liver Toxicity

Tbol has also been found to be fairly toxic on the liver, as is the case with most oral steroids.

The liver is one of the hardest working organs in the body, and thus is very important.

Because of this, you need to ensure you keep yours in the best condition possible, which is why a PCT is recommended following a Turinabol cycle.

There’s also some evidence to suggest that long-term turinabol use may increase the risk of cancer (tumours).

Dosage

If you’re thinking of using Turinabol for building muscle and enhancing your physique, it’s important to know how to use the steroid correctly, and in what dosage.

How you dose  Tbol will depend on which phase of training you are in I.E cutting or bulking.

If you are bulking and looking to increase your muscle mass and strength, you will generally go with a higher dose of between 70 and 80mg each day.

If you’re looking to cut and burn away body fat, your dosage will be much lower.

Typically, men that are cutting will consume 40mg of Tbol each day.

With female users, however, dosages MUST be much lower.

Whether bulking or cutting, women should consume no more than 5 – 10mg each day, to help ensure they do not take on any male physical characteristics.

Turinabol Cycle

Typically, a Turinabol cycle will last between 6 and 8 weeks.

The higher the dosage, however, the shorter the cycle should last.

Experts recommend that you stack Tbol with Testosterone, either Test-Propionate or Test-Enanthate.

Deca durabolin’s also an effective steroid to run alongside turinabol, resulting in further muscle and strength gains.

Risk of Gyno?

Believe it or not, even though Tbol does not Aromatize into Estrogen, it has been known to cause Gyno (man boobs).

Thus if you run a Tbol cycle, some popular PCT choices include: Nolvadex, Clomid, Arimidex, and Tamoxifen.

Nolvadex is generally considered enough to increase testosterone post-cycle, though some may also choose to include clomid.

Again, it also depends on whether you run Tbol it by itself, or whether you’re stacking it with other anabolic steroids.
