Steroids are potentially very dangerous in the wrong hands. And even when used sensibly, anabolics can result in nasty side effects.
However, certain steroids are safer than others. If you’re careful in which steroids you cycle, you’ll be able to significantly reduce the negative side effects you experience.
In this article I’m going to reveal the top 3 safest steroids – perfect for a beginner who’s made their mind up on taking anabolic steroids but is wary about putting their health at risk.
Note: You should only take the following steroids in oral form (that’s if you’re a beginner). You should only start injecting once you’ve run several cycles and experimented with many different steroids.
Testosterone is one of the most mild steroids, with many beginners often losing their ‘roid virginity’ with a test-only cycle.
Usually, steroids that’ll help you pack on a tonne of strength and size, result in some hefty side effects too…
Testosterone is the exception.
This isn’t to say you won’t notice any side effects whatsoever on test, but it’s certainly one of the safest steroids you can take and probably the safest bulking compound on the planet.
Some people stack testosterone with dianabol in their first steroid cycle which is also an option. You may experience a few more sides combining the two together, but you’ll definitely have bigger muscle gains.
Anavar is such a mild/safe steroid that even women use it. Anavar is a cutting steroid that has tremendous fat burning qualities, perfect for somebody trying to get lean.
Although your strength is likely to increase on anavar, you won’t pack on much (if any) size; making it very effective for cutting but pretty pointless for bulking.
Anavar is one of the best steroids to take if you want ripped six pack abs. Burning stubborn fat, particularly around the lower abdomen, is another awesome attribute of anavar.
Anavar can be stacked with testosterone or/and clenbuterol in an 8 week cutting cycle.
Injectable dianabol certainly wouldn’t be on this list because it’s a lot harsher on the human body.
However in tablet form dianabol isn’t an unpleasant steroid and users do experience BIG gains in muscle size.
In terms of bulking, dianabol is a better version of testosterone. However, the sacrifice for these extra gains is that you’ll experience more sides than testosterone.
The main side effect associated with oral dianabol is that your liver will be taxed quite a bit.
However, out of all the organs in the body – the liver should be the least of your worries, as it’s super resilient and will almost certainly recover post-cycle.
Your liver can take years of battering and still be okay if the substance that’s causing the harm is taken away. Just look at alcoholics and the amount of decades they sabotage their liver with no time for it to ever rejuvenate, due to heavy drinking every day.
This is why you only cycle steroids for 8-12 weeks at a time, so your hormones and organs can regulate back to normal, ensuring you stay in decent health.
Here’s a list of steroids you should only take once you’re an experienced steroid-user:
- Dianabol (injectable)
Anadrol will often result in huge amount of water retention. When the body retains water it makes it harder for blood to flow, thus high blood pressure is inevitable.
Trenbolone can cause a spike in blood pressure, however your skin and mind may also take a battering. Negative thoughts and freaky dreams can result from taking tren.
Injectable dianabol’s side effects are pretty much the same as anadrol’s…but less nasty.
The side effects above are just some of the symptoms people have when they don’t react well to these compounds. That’s not to say you’ll have the same negative experiences, however you should only take these once you’ve taken safer steroids.
