If you take clenbuterol, but your workouts are lousy – don’t expect miracles. Guys who take clenbuterol can get insanely shredded, but the key is to combine this cutting agent with intense workouts and a fierce work ethic.
For maximum fat loss when cutting, I recommend you do regular cardio to increase your calorie expenditure. I personally love doing HIIT (high intensity interval training), because of it’s effectiveness at removing stubborn belly fat.
I hop on the seated bike and do 30 second sprints (as fast as you can!), followed by 30 seconds of rest. You should repeat this for 20-30 minutes, based on how well you’re coping.
…probably not too well if it’s your first time!
This high intensity will help spike human growth hormone levels, allowing you to burn even more fat.
When I say be strict with your diet, I don’t mean by eating clean/boring foods all the time.
I mean you’ve got to constantly eat in a calorie deficit.
You can eat whatever junk foods you like and still get ripped, as long as you’re consuming less calories than your body burns.
